Our team of experts at UCC are well aware of the contour of the Velodrome, BMX course, Mountain bike XCO course, Mountain bike Downhill Course and Road Circuit are most important for the validity of the games. The team is not only experienced but also well conversant with all the updated UCI rules and regulations so as to keep the infrastructure feasible for any kind of International and national events. UCC has the infrastructure of highly qualified, digital surveyors, structural engineers, architects, civil engineers, Auto cad developers, visualizers, and technical site supervisors, making the experience noteworthy.

A civil engineer by profession, Mr. Pinaki owns a reputed civil and architectural firm that has a successful list of accredited work with various reputed clients across India and Nepal. Awarded by the President of India in 1998 for achievements in the field, and supported by a good professional team of architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, auto cad developers, 3d simulation developers, the team had planned to put a step for the development of cycle sport in all disciplines.

In 2005 Mr. Pinaki started attending various international meets as an International Commissaire and accumulated a vast knowledge of practical experience. During his activity in the international racing circuit for more than 9 years, Mr. Pinaki had come closer to various international expertise of the various cycling disciplines in different countries across Asia, Australia, New Zealand as well as in India. Passion became an obsession for Mr. Pinaki in MTB, BMX, TRACK, and ROAD.

Mr. Pinaki has been a regular part of different activities of the Cycling Federation of India and has been a part of the Judge panel of different National and International meets.
